Purchased two of these for my kids. So far both are happy. There is 3-4 hour time difference between the food is put in til they start to eat. The youngest says she has to blow on the rice/pasta/porridge before she puts it in the mouth. It does have smaller volume, so don’t expect miracles to have food steaming hot, for a bigger sizes, yes, expect that, but for these 300ml ones, one should be happy it is comfortable warm. Maybe an extra layer of rubber on the outside make it insulate even better, but I am acting picky:-) I think it’s the best you can get there. Also, I no longer trust Stanley brand, even though these are probably made on the same factory. Stanley lasts 6-8month before it looses its vacuum and stops working. Both of my Stanlys went bad. Who cares if they have lifetime warranty, the hassle and expense of sending it back is not worth it anyway. Thermos is my last hope, hope they last at least a few years.

I bought this flask to replace one we had been using for more than 1 year. My son does not like sandwiches and so we use it to give him a hot lunch at school and it has been great. I do heat it for more than the recommended 3 minutes (generally 30 minutes)and heat the food I put in so it is very hot and it seems to work as my son tells me his food is still hot when he opens it 4-5 hours later! It is easy to clean and a handy size for the lunch bag.

I bought this for my son’s lunches at school so that he could sometimes have hot food. I followed the instructions exactly and my son tells me that his soup, pasta, casserole or curry have all been perfect temperature for him. Even when I have only half filled it, my son tells me it is lovely and hot. I have also put fruit and yoghurt in it and that stayed fridge cold. Couldn’t ask for more really. I only held back from giving 5 stars because it was a little on the expensive side, but as my dad always says you pay for what you get!
