Lock & Lock- There are no alternatives!,
Don’t be fooled into thinking that other containers looking like lock and lock are the same! They are not. All I can say is that it is fantastic! I have loads of them- my cupboards are organised. Cereal and crackers stay crispy for months. I take my smoothies to work in them, even breakfast cereal with milk in and they never ever leak. I’ve even used the smaller containers for baby wipes to keep them moist when out and about.
Don’t just use them for food either- I use them to keep my daughter’s chalks in for her easel which is kept outside all year and the chalks stay dry. Just buy them- you’ll never regret it.

|2 litre Lock and Lock,
I have used lock and lock containers for a number of years and have found them to be reliable and robust, even when both base and lid are washed in the dishwasher. My containers will probably have each gone through the dishwasher more than 100 times without any detriment to their performance.
This container is large enough to store a 2kg pack of spaghetti in tact.
The only negative I have about the entire range in general is that the containers use up a lot of space in the cupboard as their design does not easily allow storage – items that are the same size will not stack one inside the other because they have straight sides.

|Perfect for Weetabix,
After a recent weavil nightmare with Alpen, I bought this to store Weetabix safely and so the children can help themselves without getting crumbs everywhere. It works a treat, is easy to clean and has clear sides so I can see it is weavil-free! It was a bit stiff at first for the children to open without help but seems OK now.
